At NTBK Natural Dog Treats, we take pride in providing high-quality, all-natural treats for your furry friends. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or tampering.

• Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at treats@northtynekennels.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

• We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or offer a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email treats@northtynekennels.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
